Vendor Benefits

PARTNERS | Become a partner

Why limit your offerings to web pages, charts, and spreadsheets? Quantum4D can open a whole new channel for your data. Especially if you provide larger data volumes, your customers will find it easier to use your data delivered through Quantum4D.  Spreadsheets and charts have reached their limits. We take your offering to the next level. We offer a number of channels for our data vendor partners:

  • Data packets – Discrete data files usable by your customers with any version of Quantum4D
  • Metabase – We'll host your data if you wish to let us sell your data wherever people are apt to look for it
  • Your own server – You can host your own universe with our Empire class servers.

Data Packets

Discrete data files allows you to send out 'mini-universes.' Clients who have logged in will find samples of some of these in our Data Warehouse. Usually they are equivalent to a larger spreadsheet with multiple tabs that translate down to four or five animated spaces in Quantum4D.

Metabase

We also provide hosted solutions in our Metabase. A growing community of users is exploring how Quantum4D can make their lives and analysis easier. We'll host samples for you for free. For fee-based data, users will be shown that your data is available but will need to click to purchase your offering at a price you set. This request gets passed along to your organization, and we approve accounts within minutes of your giving the OK.

Early adopter advantages?

We're actively speaking to a first few good partners who are interested and willing to explore how Quantum4D can be leveraged to amplify and reveal more value in their offerings. If you agree that static web pages are probably not the end story for human communications—or if you suspect that Quantum4D might allow your current (and new!) customers to get more out of your data offering or analysis—then it would be great to explore further with you.

Most of our current customers don't like to broadcast who they are or the kind of data they are interested in. As we go forward a growing list of data sources will be made accessible through Quantum4D. Right now we offer our clients access to over one gigabyte of free information that we've gathered from a variety of public sources while several clients have specific feeds running into their enterprise base. We make a catalogue of available data for these users every quarter.

Since Quantum4D interconnects data currently divided on pages, as the number of interconnected sources increases, so will the channels of potential use and discovery. Right now our customers can access your data or analyses 1) from the Metabase, 2) as discrete files imported into their local data repository, and 3) as direct feeds into their Enterprise. You can also choose to host your own materials via our Empire data servers.

A la Carte & Context Local Data Discovery and Purchase

Besides a better interface for your customers, Quantum4D provides additional value to you by expanding upon currently unrealized potential value in your offering by making it context local. It also lets more users purchase premium a la carte portions of your more generic datasets that organizations are offering today because no IT department wants to handle clients that make up their own segments/markets/divisions. How many customers do you lose because they don't want to buy the data grouped the way your web page forces them to buy?

If 'raw' numbers are organized in a way that reflects the world they represent, it is easier to discover relevant data that a user may not be explicitly seeking. The ability to access multiple ways of formulating and exchanging insights enables a whole new level of value realization for financial information vendors and their end customers. As the number of vendors increases so will the channels of potential delivery. Right now you can access data from the Metabase (and if you are a pro user, download it to your homebase). Enterprise Edition users can receive your data feeds directly to their enterprise instance of Quantum4D. Finally, we hope there is also interest in discrete data packets on the Data Warehouse.
