When I open up a space in Quantum 4D, is there a way of knowing which lens is the best for that space or at least appropriate to be used for that space?
That's a great question. Within the Choose Lens panel, the lens folders on the wikibase are organized into categories. The folders are named for their purpose and the lens names are further detailed as to what they could/should be used for.
For example:
If you look in the wikibase lenses you'll see a folder called "ECONOMIC (US)". Expand that folder and you'll see a sub-folder called "Employment". Within this folder are lenses relevant to US economy employment data. You wouldn't apply these lenses to a space with ticker values, for instance.
