Cancellation/Refund Policy?

I'm looking to register for a class, but my schedule is pretty iffy and I don't want to get stuck paying for something I can't attend. If I've already paid for the class, can I cancel?

You may cancel your registration up to 5 business days before the class and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Within 2-5 business days, we will refund your money less a $75 USD cancellation fee. Within 2 days, there is a $150 cancellation fee. There is an option if you get stuck... you can send someone else in your place. Notification of that name change must be made at least 48 hours before the class, otherwise there is a $50 name change fee. Email training [at] quantum4d [dot] com or call (415) 830 4444 to make a name change or cancellation. Please make sure to mention the date and city of the class.
