Can I share insights I create in the Wikibase that use vendor data?

I was wondering - if I create a view using vendor data in the wikibase - can I share that view with others? What if they don't have an account?
You are free to share or sell your views to other people who subscribe to a vendor's data. Some vendors also allow the a la carte sale of data to non-clients.
You can sell your data to any account holder. Members can use the browser, pro or enterprise versions of Quantum4D to access your insight. Transactions are conducted using paypal. When you purchase or sell a view, it may contain multiple transactions since the data might be from multiple sources and the view contained might be created by more than one author.
