Notes
Much like a post-it or sticky note, Notes is a feature that allows users to add comments to objects and spaces. They can be added, modified, and deleted as well as moved anywhere within the space (by dragging the note). Notes are useful for notifying other users of additional information on specific spaces, such as a small introduction to the space, how certain aspects of the space were built, what data may need to be added, etc. Basically, notes can be used to place any additional text you would like as an extra text on the space.
There are two ways to create a note for a space.
1. Go to Edit>New>Note
or
2. Right click on the entity (in the Tree or workspace) and go to New > Note…

A Create a New Note panel will appear where you can add a short and long name (usually the description) and URL to the note.

3. Check the “Link to Object/Relation” to link the note to an object or relation.
4. Choose the Object or Relation

After you enter in information, press OK. The note will appear next to your scene with a yellow note icon next to it.

Once created, notes do not appear in the Tree but can be accessed by right clicking them or going to Lens > View Notes… (which would give you a list of all notes in the space). If you right click a note, you will see that you can modify its properties (e.g. rename, add more description, etc.). By adding a description to the Notes area in Properties, your note will look like this:

Notes attached to objects or relations are tethered to their respective object or relation.
